Rental Fee

## FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY

- **$250.00**: minimum 4 hours
- **Each additional hour is $50.00**
- **$300.00 FULL-DAY**: Available if you can receive the key the day before

## MONDAY-THURSDAY

- **$120.00**: minimum 4 hours
- **Each additional hour is $30.00**

## PAYMENT SCHEDULE

- **Two payments are due**
- **$100 deposit to hold the date**
- **Remaining rental balance due 30 days prior to the event**
- **1 – $100 deposit**
- **2 – Amount owed for rental**
